January 2020. I'm an ex-pat, lived in Bristol back in the day & have been overseas in Australia for 30 years plus. Long story short: it came time to sell my parents house, this I was dreading because of the distance. With technology & communications making everything much more manageable, there's still the logistics to negotiate & even if one lives locally, property sales can go sideways for any number of reasons. I approached three estate agents, Tim Woods responded first, so I went with him. There's no dramatic story to tell, the whole process went smoothly, like clockwork. All of Tim's ETA's were accurate. We’ve just bought our first home through Woods in Westbury-on-trym and I couldn’t recommend enough. From the first viewing to completion they we’re very professional and accommodating. Tim and Brittany were amazing with their help and advice, and were unwavering in their efforts to help us. We had to have multiple visits to the property after our offer was accepted and they both did everything they could to help and accommodate us. In terms of customer service I could not say enough to compliment them, but it went beyond that, as they really cared about helping me and my young family to feel happy, safe and settled with our purchase. Woods have recently orchestrated the sale of my Mum's Home. I'd like to thank Tim, Brittany and their team for making this the smoothest of rides for us all.
