Our new conservatory has just been completed. We are so pleased. All the workmen were courteous and obliging. There were just a couple of small things to put right as with all new projects and they were sorted straight away. Would recommend. Thank you Wombourne windows Sue Easton

We went to the showroom this morning ( a round trip of about an hours drive) to see their products and price doors and windows for a conversion project. When we explained what was needed they asked for contact details. We told them the purpose of our visit was we wanted to see their product and to get an idea of price now they told us there was no one there who could give us a price as they had 13 salesmen out visiting potential customers and anyway they would need to measure up before doing so.When I pointed out that building had not commenced yet even though we have planning permission and had architects plans with us showing all dimensions he told us they could change and the price wouldn't be correct. They also said anyone who gave us a price without measuring up was ridiculous.Their attitude was disappointing to say the least and far from helpful, neither did they attempt to show us their products. With that experience our order is going to be placed elsewhere.

Lorraine and I decided to have an orangery built in the tear garden and wanted to have one which was built with the best quality materials and we started to research all the technical materials . Finally we decided to go with Wombourne Windows because we considered them to be the best .we met quite a number of their staff and found that every one of them were considerably professional. The orangery was built within all the time schedule dates and every builder did an excellent job. We also found that every small detailed problem was immediately put right to the highest standard , and with minimum fuss. Always extremely helpful. Overall we are very pleased with our orangery, Build to the highest standard and would recommend Wombourne Windows to anybody who wants to undertake any projects with windows ,doors and conservatories. Lorraine and I cannot praise all the staff at Wombourne Windows high enough.

This is without doubt one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Putting aside the fact that their flat roof product did not perform to a standard I would expect from a decent quality felt (whilst costing a lot more), it was the complete lack of after-sales customer care that was so shocking. At the point where I first reported my flat roof as leaking, I still had YEARS left on my warranty, but despite this they have managed to get to a point where my warranty is about to run out without the problem ever being fixed. In all this time they have made two attempts to stop the leaking; neither attempt made any difference - not that they would have known this as they never bothered to make a single follow-up call. In fact they have made a point of ignoring me at every possible opportunity - if I had a pound for every time I have phoned this company to be told someone would get back to me I would be a wealthy man. So, in summary, a poor product and a company that does everything in its power to avoid honouring the warranty. Update 10/08/19 (in response to Owner comments below): Around 100 phone calls, two failed attempts to fix my leaking roof all spread over a number of years and now they don't know who I am. It's just not my lucky day is it? On a slightly more positive note, I'm impressed with the power of Google Reviews. Within 24 hours of publishing the above review Wombourne Windows had sent a representative around to take another look at my flat roof. Based on the content of the owners response below I realise it's unlikely this will be followed up by any actual repairs, but it does show these reviews carry some weight. Update 24/08/19 Well blow me down with a feather. An actual repair was completed yesterday. Better late than never. I will wait to see if my roof leak is fixed.....

All of the tradesmen who were involved with the planning and installation of our new conservatory provided a first class service. The workers were very couteous, cleaned up every day and work has been completed to a very high standard. We are so pleased with the finished result and would have no hesitation in recommending Wombourne Windows to all of our family and friends.

Had 11 windows and a door from Wombourne. The windows are of high quality. A+ energy rated and look beautiful. The door is similarly of high quality. A wider than most colour pallet added greater choice and got us the perfect look. The good news is that the price for all this was a pleasant surprise. We had four quotes and this was easily the best value. The team that fitted our windows were extremely good. Took care and a pride in the job. Tidied up after themselves too. ( Thanks guys ). A good experience from start to finish.

We wanted a quote for a conservatory to replace our existing one .I had already been to the showroom to book the appointment and spoke to the receptionist and she said we are looking at £20.000 to £25.000 . We knew it would not be cheap because of the speck we wanted . When Dave Kennedy came in to our home he bought no tools to measure up so from the start we thought Wombourne Windows think we are wasting their time as we live on a council estate and we can not afford something this expensive .The first thing he asked was where is your drain ? .Then it was you have to do this this and this and you have to take this down .I can give you a quote it will be £30.000 which he plucked out of the air everything he said was negative as if he didn’t want the business rest assured we will not be recommending this company to any of our family or friends and when we have got our conservatory we will send you a picture.
