so this was a big disappointment! the noodles were swimming in the sauce which taste wasn’t even good. you could also tell it’s not freshly made like those very bad pre-prepared meals. quite a joke for the price! would recommend to stay far away from this place!

Ordered the protein noodles and it came at the speed of light. The noodles are fantastic and I got A LOT OF MEAT. Especially beef. Overall the best noodles I have had in Liverpool so far

Disappointing, does not live up to the quote, "WHERE FLAME MEETS FLAVOUR". The person on the counter failed to acknowledge me, instead answering the phone to deal with a complaint. It would be nice if they said, "One moment". After asking if I needed a bag, they didn't say anything more, simple manners such as "enjoy!", "have a good day", would be nice...However, this review isn't just about service... The food I just ordered literally had no flavour. I ordered Chicken with Indonesian Nasi sauce and Vermicelli noodles. I upgraded with a side of spring rolls and a drink. Sadly, there was no sauce on the noodles and certainly no spice. The Spring Rolls, which were a little tired looking and a bit oily, came with sauce. This was the most flavourful aspect of the meal. As an aficionado of Asian food, I suggest you try one of the other establishments. In short, it was that bad it caused a 40-something year old to write his first negative review about a takeaway.

I don't normally eat out at fast food places but was caught out hungry and decided to give it a try. The place is sparcely decorated.. Almost to the point where they have given no consideration to how it looks. A ordered tofu noodles and although it was very tasty and filling was upset to discover a piece of pork at the bottom of the containers went downstairs to complain. Whilst the server appeared to be somewhat disinterested, he immediately offered me a refund so I consider the matter dealt with and having worked in similar occupations I understand how easy this cross contamination can occur. My advice to management would be to consider how containers of ingredients are laid out in future to minimise the risk of this happening.

Worst noodles ever had. Completely tasteless.
