What a top experience we had on receiving a checkup and teeth whitening session. I went with my girlfriend who was going to have her teeth whitened and was a bit nervous but we were greeted with a smile and also some great personalities at the practice which helped make us laugh and smooth the experience. As for the treatments we had, I have heard about similar ones upon which I had some questions but these have answered any doubts we may have had and the results have been amazing. Thanks alot for a great service.

This review covers 3 points: dental service, client management and price. Dental Service - great dental service, the place is clean, the dentists inspire trust by what they do and are doing a great job. Client management - There is a big room for improvement here. Generally, I felt that there is a lack of client expectation management, which unfortunately felt as if made up to ensure that the client ends up paying more than expected. This was felt when booking a dental check and a hygienist treatment for example. - There is also a lack of upfront explanation. A customer needs to know costs and health consequences of any dental procedure before being prompted to pay for it. - On top of that, there is a general feel of always being pushed to book the next dental check or hygienist appointment. A general "money driven" perception which doesn't inspire loyalty. Price - Most costs are provided online and on a printed sheet in the practice. But, there is a lot of other costs which are not transparent enough for the customers. This also doesn't inspire trust. As a customer I want a clear explanation of what I am paying for, what is included, what is not and not have any surprises. This is ultimately a communication issue. - A quick search, comparison with other dental practice shows clearly that the costs of this practice are the highest of the market.

Sara is the best dentist our kids have ever had. She has a lot of patience and is fantastic in making it fun for children. My 8 years old now loves going to the dentist. Sara was also brilliant in helping my sensitive 3 years old get used to whole experience.

Inconsistent diagnosis + ripoff Firstly, the root canal specialist is pretty darn good, unfortunately the rest of the staff didn't feel me with confidence. I've been going here for half a year now and consistently these guys are always late with responses. Took them about a month to simply send VAT receipts or scans and you have to constantly barrage them with requests until they do. Initial discussion went from pain to suggestions on additional equipment that i won't need followed up with a incorrect diagnosis. Even though i followed up with their recommendations, came back with a massive infection which they had to treat/medicate. Followed up with few conversations and appointments with a specialist where got suggested to do a 3D scan. 3 months later (to this date..) I've yet to receive their conclusion/recommendations on what should be done. Their approach is to leave any issues until they become more problematic than treat it proactively, this way their business model doesn't suffer as much as a simple 100£ job becomes a £1000. In conclusion - - junior/mediocre staff with no experience what so ever - terrible time management/follow ups unless you allocate 5 minutes every day to hold the line and get through to them to request what should have been sent already - They really dont care about you unless there's tons of cash to be made. Avoid like the plague.

My Mother suffered a hyperventilation panic attack as a result of a local anaesthetic at her previous dentist, so she was terrified at the prospect of experiencing the same again for a large filling. Her fears were completely allayed by Rafaella at White Dental Rooms in Chiswick where she was treated with genuine care and sensitivity, and the process was completed gently and completely without pain - in fact, she didn't even require an injection! She will no longer be fearful and she wholeheartedly recommends this dental practice for the high level of staff expertise and the comfort and cleanliness of the surgery.

TOTAL SCAM ! I first went there because of a filling that felt and they didnt charge me at all, this was before lockdown and I found it great because was a really small thing and I loved the honesty since the other dentist that I went in the High street charged me £230 and was falling every week ! I went there again just to do the hygiene and they charged me the new patient fee !! They have lost my registration data and I HAD TO PAY again ! In the end I had to pay £85 more because of the new patient fee. Shocking ! Total SCAM, don't recommend at all, they try to charge you as much as possible !
