The worst surgey in cardiff . I was trying to get my vaccination detail which I assumed I would get it but then they tell me THEY DONT HAVE any of my details. its been nearly 2 years I had to call my previous GP if they transferred all my details which they said yes and did it in the year 2017. I would have assumed they had the integrity to do it but looks like none them actually care unless you tell them to look for it which is pretty pathetic.

i've been with this surgery since I was a child and cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I just wish there were more surgeries generally elsewhere in the area, as that would resolve any issues regarding this surgery being too popular and therefore, always busy (which surely must be a sign of the times, rather than a reflection on this surgery?). No complaints from me. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

Friendly doctors and helpful nurses but the location and the facilities are very poor. The surgery has outgrown its cramped location and ideally should be relocated to a more modernised location. The waiting room is very uncomfortable with narrow padded seating and if you have trouble getting up and down the cramped staircases it can be extremely difficult to navigate.

Lovely surgery. Saw Dr Gareth Lloyd yesterday who was such a lovely man. Have found all doctors to be very caring. Also the nurse I see, jenna is so lovely, caring and friendly and always remembers me. She works really hard but always has a smile! Reception staff also always friendly.

I have never had a difficulty getting an appointment for myself or my children. A kind, polite and professional service has always been given to myself and children from staff, regardless of the pandemic, who are clearly working above and beyond in a horribly adverse climate. You are hugely appreciated. Thank you.

After reading some of the reviews I felt I had to leave one myself. The building is not up to scratch but the staff from the receptionists through the nurses are of the highest quality while all the Doctors in my view are exceptional If you need to be seen they will see you more often or not on the same day. The wait for non urgent appointments is no longer than in must surgeries. I phoned at 8:30 one morning and by 11:30 I had seen the doctor and been referred straight to ultrasound in UHW had a scan and got the results, that’s what I call service..

I have been a patient at this practice for thirty years and the doctors, nurses and reception staff have all been wonderful. I cannot believe that the overall score is so low!
