Wide range of new and used cars available. We drove 70 miles to pick up a car, it was ready for test drive before we got there and they worked hard to get the deal and the paperwork done as quickly as possible. Good job guys, thanks

The service department is the worst I have ever come across. I was concerned right from the start when I tried calling them to book it in. No one was available and no one returned my call. I had to call 3 times just to get it booked in. My car went in 12 days ago and I was told it would be ready after the weekend. After 5 days of hearing nothing, I tried calling. Again, no reply - no one from the service department is ever around and they never call you back. In the end, after a week I drove in to see them. I was told it still wasn't ready and it would be after the weekend. Had I known this at the time of booking I would never have booked it in as I needed the car for work and I had visitors from abroad over who I needed to drive around the area. There was no concern whatsoever at leaving me without a car for so long and without informing me of how long it will take. I called again for an update yesterday and it was the usual story - no one around but someone will call back....which they haven't. I absolutely must have it back by tomorrow for a work trip but I have no idea what is going on or whether I need to hire a car and for what period. Communication is absolutely appalling. Never again.

Happy to sell you a car, but impossible to get through to service dept when something goes wrong. Beginning to regret buying Renault. 28/11/19 Update - Despite being contacted by customer services after my original 1 Star post, with a promise of investigation, I've heard nothing more, and following a further attempt to contact the service department this week, with the same result of no call-back, I'm moving to another dealer. Hendy don't deserve my business. I think what put the icing on the cake, is that after calling in to the service department in person to make an appointment, I showed up on the day to find an empty car lot. Despite having a reminder call the day before, they didn't think it necessary to inform me that they had moved!

Posting for Kay Johnson. Mum bought a car from this garage and as expected with a used car there have been a few niggles and things to learn about the car. Although the car wasn’t purchased from Ashley Kenyon he has been so very helpful each time the car went back whether it was to show her how the seats folded properly or help with a replacement key fob battery. Ashley has shown him self to be a true professional who is willing to help despite there being no ‘deal’ or commission in it for him... and In fact has been more helpful than the actual salesperson who dealt with the sale. Thank you for looking after my Mum Ashley, she is very grateful and in turn so am I.

From the very first contact during our search for a vehicle the staff have been both curtious and helpful, even though our initial contact took ill and was unable to continue to help us the member of staff who took up the reigns (Ashley) was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful and saw us through to the conclusion of the purchase, I both my wife and I would highly recommend them based on our experience

We have bought 5 cars from Renault Salisbury over the last 17 years for business and personal use. It’s reassuring to have bought all the cars from the same salesman Gary Little, as he understands our requirements fully and makes the whole process smooth and professional even through lockdown. Excellent service.
