I always hated gyms, the noise, the posers and the sweat smells! This is completely different, calm atmosphere, plenty of help to make sure you are getting the best out of your excersise. The ladies that work there are fab and give plenty of encouragement. No men, no mirrors just ladies of all size and ages wanting to keep fit in a sensible and safe enviroment. The price for joining is exceptionally reasonable and i wholeheartedly recommend this lovely club.

I would like to recommend this lovely all-women gym. I was made to feel welcomed here and the workout is at just the right level no faffing about with weights etc. High cleaning standards as expected and Joline was very knowledgeable and gave me a good intro. There is even a massaging chair for when you've finished the workout!!! Flexible booking for both mornings and evenings as well as pay as you go or membership. Warmly recommend.

This is my 6th year as a member of this friendly, welcoming ladies only gym. I feel very safe here during these current difficult times, and am confident that every measure is in place to keep me safe. Joline continues to go above and beyond!
