The service and friendly staff made my stay really enjoyable. It’s a great location in walking distance to town. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. They had a hot water issue at the time of my stay but was still warm enough to shower in comfortably. The manager was professional and handled the situation well for a busy long week and not been able to get tradies in. The only disappointment was the way other guests have carried on about a situation that is out of their control having seen this with my own eyes on checkout. I really felt for the staff and management. People need to have a bit more compassion and patience under the circumstances. Well done to the team at Watersedge I will be back.

Look this place has a great location, short walks into town or over to the shops at settlement city, good customer service, nice little restaurant, drawbacks were very little hot water in the showers, no opportunity to do any laundry, a big problem was the fact people can smoke outside there rooms which makes it quite digusting when you have young kids and are not a smoker, yes they have a right to have a dart, but perhaps put them all on the outside of the property or group them separately. Thanks for a nice experience.

Rooms were average for the price. You could hear noise from other rooms and plumbing needs attention - noisy pipes when adjacent rooms using the shower. Buffet breakfast average for price and hot dishes were cold. Also I left my phone charger in the room but when I called it wasn’t there! Guess a staff member needed it more than me. Not good PR

The staff are absolutely amazing and such lovely people. The manager is not. Rude and no customer service, she treated all of us like children. The venue offers wedding events and even though that was true, everybody was threatened with $1000 fines for noise complaints.. during a wedding.. that they promote that they do.

Lovely place for the price. Good old fashioned motel and service. The Bar and restaurant in-house are well serviced with good staff.
