I have been really impressed by two different doctors I have seen since registering with this surgery. They have both been really reassuring and given me good advice and treatment. Thank you!

Shamble, was diagnosed with severe COPD and lung cancer by hospital in august. I had been complaining for two years that my health been going down hill. Was sent home each time with a pat on the back, although my weight went from 52 to 43 kilos during that time. I am 47, 2 children on palliative care as my case was seen to late for treatment. To these day had no support from surgery has they saying notes from hospital hasn't reach them. My life is between their hands but not sure that if I needed today they would agree to give me antibiotics that could save my life. As previous review I avoid ringing them, staff is just awful and as the doctors extremely patronising. Forgot, they also close between 12 and 2pm so if you work and hope to be able to ring them during your lunch hour forget about it!

An absolute nightmare to get an appointment, half the time I don't bother even trying, luckily been ok so far but if it's ever anything serious it would be impossible to catch it early as you can only get an appointment if at deaths door. I feel sorry for older people trying to get an appointment with this system. Receptionist are not helpful or sympathetic to your problems even when it concerns children. The doctors aren't that bad if your ever able to see one.
