World class service!! Our experience of Viessmann went beyond any level of customer service that we have ever experienced. We received the most personalised, efficient, communicative and lightning-fast service imaginable. Bearing in mind that at the time that we contacted them, everyone else we spoke to had quoted us 2-3 weeks (more from British Gas) for an emergency call out. Our welfare was clearly an absolute priority for them and they went out of their way to look after us. Nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, we were able to benefit further from the amazing engineer's vast knowledge, years of experience and advice. He repaired in hours what we had seen British Gas engineers take days to 'almost' repair. Due to the age and size of our home, maintaining a consistent heating experience was very hit-and-miss using a thermostat. The engineer recognised this and saw that we were using the system inefficiently. Taking his advice has led to us having a consistent heating experience for the first time ever, a considerably more comfortable home, and the unexpected icing on the cake was seeing reduced heating costs ever since! Amazing service, truly.
