World class service!! Our experience of Viessmann went beyond any level of customer service that we have ever experienced. We received the most personalised, efficient, communicative and lightning-fast service imaginable. Bearing in mind that at the time that we contacted them, everyone else we spoke to had quoted us 2-3 weeks (more from British Gas) for an emergency call out. Our welfare was clearly an absolute priority for them and they went out of their way to look after us. Nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, we were able to benefit further from the amazing engineer's vast knowledge, years of experience and advice. He repaired in hours what we had seen British Gas engineers take days to 'almost' repair. Due to the age and size of our home, maintaining a consistent heating experience was very hit-and-miss using a thermostat. The engineer recognised this and saw that we were using the system inefficiently. Taking his advice has led to us having a consistent heating experience for the first time ever, a considerably more comfortable home, and the unexpected icing on the cake was seeing reduced heating costs ever since! Amazing service, truly.

I chose this brand because they are supposed to be the best boilers. They are not a cheap option. Just after two years I have been told the pump has failed. 48 hours later I am still waiting for an engineer to turn up. Seriously in impressed and cold!

I've a V 50 and had it for 4 years, just had first fault with it but fortunately it's got a 10 year warranty 🥰. Called Viessman who booked an engineer next workung day who turned up bang on time and resolved the problem right away. Couldn't ask for better service. Just make sure you service every year which is only about 50 quid, far cheaper than boiler cover and your warranty covers parts and labour for 10 years.

Boiler was supplied with a broken part on a Monday. Plumber made it very clear which part was broken. Viessman engineer showed up without part. After phone calls to Veissman they took till 4pm to inform us they couldn't get the part that day it would be the next when I was told to expect a call at lunchtime. Was left without the ability to wash for 3 days with 2 children due to not being able to use other families showers due to Corona distancing. Spoke to customer services and they eventually admitted they forgot to order the part. Asked if they were going to compensate and asked to speak to a manager. Was expecting a call and nobody bothered to call. Bad parts availability and terrible customer service. Would select any other manufacturer
