I have been going to Toyota ( York) for 21 years now and have always bought a Toyota car. Many people wrongly give dealerships a bad name, stating that the prices are too high. It's just like the old saying. "Your get what you pay for, and Vantage Toyota's prices are exceptionally compatible. But, what you do get from Vantage Toyota York, is brilliant service and very good customer care. Right from being met at the door by the charming lady to the very efficient service reception , managers, and of course the unsung heroes, the highly skilled mechanics. Not to forget the man that always cleans your car after the work has been done. All the staff are very polite, helpful, and cheerful. I would certainly recommend Vantage Toyota York any time. Hence the five stars.👍

2/3/21 Second time bought a car here, this time dealt with Nigel and he was really efficient and got me a great deal on a used Aygo for my daughter. There were no pushy sales tactics and he was so helpful. The car was even delivered to my doorstep at no extra cost. Thanks very much. Amazing service from Darren, Nash, Malcolm and Matthew. Bought an ex demo Corolla and the service was amazing. Thank you to Darren for rearranging collection of my car to an earlier day. Nash you were so patient with us and allowing time to test drive the car. Matthew and Malcolm for completing the handover. Will be back. Chris Back today 13 August to fix a couple of issues with car. Service and welcoming amazing. Thank you

Took car in for a puncture repair at short notice - staff very helpful - and there was no charge for the repair - also car was fully cleaned ready for me to drive away. Excellent service New visit - 24/06/2020 - took car in for service & MOT - fault was found and was remedied same day - as before 'Excellent Service' New visit - 21/06/2021 - service and MOT time again - brake pipe problems sorted out too - yet again Excellent Service. New Visit - 26/08/2021 Made appointment to have rear light bulb replaced - as usual excellent service - didn't even get charged for labour or the bulb !

Another 5 star experience at Toyota Vantage York. Salesman Nigel Batchelor, who proved to be as efficient at selling cars as the engines in the cars he was selling, made the whole process from start to finish as painless as possible. I was asked what I was wanting and the next thing I knew, I had the keys to a car and was test driving said car. Brilliant service and thanks to Nigel for helping me through my purchase!

We went looking to change our car and this was one of the garages visited. We where approached at the start by a sales person, but after explaining we where just looking, they left us alone. Once we had decided which cars we wanted to look at, we asked a sales person to join us. From then on every thing went smoothly. No pressure sales, very informative sales and the offer to take cars out on test drives. We decided to buy a car from Toyota and would recommend them to our friends and family
