This is very poor service patient information non existent! I spent several hours listening to ringing phones lines, trying to get information relating to an emergency admission of a relative, took all my calling minutes for a month! In the end I reported my relative as a missing person , i got all the information from the police! Never ever let any body you know go to this hospital!

My partner passed out last night whilst waiting for a train home from work and he got taken to this hospital for treatment, the nurse who took him to his ward was nice and spoke professionally once he regained consciousness but that didn’t last long. The minute the shift change happened he got kicked out by the new head nurse who hadn’t given him his test results from the scans or test they took to find out why he passed out which he was sent for by the first nurse nor did the new nurse let him have his bag of belongings, she refused. We don’t live anywhere near London so refusing him his stuff and chucking him out was barbaric, his bag had his wallet phone work keys work paperwork and house keys in it and without it he can’t pay to get home or contact me again. I’m lucky the first nurse who I spoke to actually explained everything that happened to him to me from why he was in hospital, which hospital he was in, what tests and scans she had sent him to have checked, the next step in his care after she finished and most importantly the fact he did have belongings on him when he went into hospital as I specifically asked knowing how far away I am. Not sure what the second nurses excuses were except “we need the bed and your able to walk out of here” but that nurse is now responsible for anything that happens to my partner, what if he passes out again and ends up back at the hospital because they haven’t checked his results?

Had a pleasant experience here, was seen by A&E staff at 4:30pm and had initial consultation within 30 minutes. Had to wait 2-3 hours for final assessment from a doctor but understandable as it was peak time for weekend. The staff were friendly and supportive and the clinic was clean.

Substandard care at best.. Doctors that are either never there or when they are, never available. Nursing staff is no better. At least higher people that can communicate with you in English.

Doctors are fantastic, professional, kind and understand how to treated patient well. However it's absolutely disgusting how person who came with patient treated at the doors. When cancer patient going to hear the results, especially with type 4 cancer they do need someone to sit next to them, to hold hand, to assure them that everything will be OK. But they just say 0 visitors policy🤬 Are you in your normal state of mind??? I only wish to people who invented this policy that your relatives will go through it alone and you will not be able to support your child or you parents so maybe then something will change in you head😡😡

Thanks so much for the booster jab volunteers to make the process so much easier. The waiting was well planned and the queue wasn’t that long either. Very organised and sanitary measures in place. The staff who vaccinated me was wearing gloves and masks etc. and also ensured that I felt calm before the jab. I was offered to wait for few minutes post jab which was again very kind. Even though I hot my appointment booked on Sunday, the jab was offered real quick as there wasn’t much waiting. Thanks to the ones in ward K to the pleasant experience

Great and friendly staff. Very helpful. Unfortunately, today, 25th May, was spoken to very rudely by one of the reception staff, so I left. Let's hope it's nothing serious.

Taking long to do surgery on my teeth, I've had so many x-rays. At this point I feel like I'm being messed around for an example the dental hospital would call and say they'd call later, they never give the name of the person that is calling they've given us the extension number we would call it and they never!!! Answer the phone, when we call to see when they are going to get rid of my extra teeth. They have said to me all the extra teeth will give problems like nerve damage it if it not done as soon as possible and problems in the future, if they cared they would of done something about it, I have been waiting from 2016 up to 2021. They would always ask if i want the surgery on my teeth and I always repeatedly say yes. Had a phone call to organize the surgery, they never called the time they were supposed to. So Angry. Extra teeth are starting to come through and they've done absolutely nothing to help, Avoid at all costs and find somewhere else that takes the health of your well being and teeth health seriously. I've missed out on college education just waiting for surgery so pi,$#% off!!!! There messing around please find another surgery if you can these people are let downs.
