This is very poor service patient information non existent! I spent several hours listening to ringing phones lines, trying to get information relating to an emergency admission of a relative, took all my calling minutes for a month! In the end I reported my relative as a missing person , i got all the information from the police! Never ever let any body you know go to this hospital!

Incredible service. Went quickly from triage in to X-ray then got treated within 80 mins. Doctor Kat was wonderful and took great care of me. Thank you all.

My partner passed out last night whilst waiting for a train home from work and he got taken to this hospital for treatment, the nurse who took him to his ward was nice and spoke professionally once he regained consciousness but that didn’t last long. The minute the shift change happened he got kicked out by the new head nurse who hadn’t given him his test results from the scans or test they took to find out why he passed out which he was sent for by the first nurse nor did the new nurse let him have his bag of belongings, she refused. We don’t live anywhere near London so refusing him his stuff and chucking him out was barbaric, his bag had his wallet phone work keys work paperwork and house keys in it and without it he can’t pay to get home or contact me again. I’m lucky the first nurse who I spoke to actually explained everything that happened to him to me from why he was in hospital, which hospital he was in, what tests and scans she had sent him to have checked, the next step in his care after she finished and most importantly the fact he did have belongings on him when he went into hospital as I specifically asked knowing how far away I am. Not sure what the second nurses excuses were except “we need the bed and your able to walk out of here” but that nurse is now responsible for anything that happens to my partner, what if he passes out again and ends up back at the hospital because they haven’t checked his results?

Had a pleasant experience here, was seen by A&E staff at 4:30pm and had initial consultation within 30 minutes. Had to wait 2-3 hours for final assessment from a doctor but understandable as it was peak time for weekend. The staff were friendly and supportive and the clinic was clean.

Substandard care at best.. Doctors that are either never there or when they are, never available. Nursing staff is no better. At least higher people that can communicate with you in English.
