This company was recommended to us by someone who has used them several times. Paul came out to measure up for an extension to the rear of the property. He said he would e-mail us the quote. Time went by and we heard nothing. After several phone calls and 2 visits to the shop still no quote. We were told by the same guy in the office Waiting for a quote for the conservatory roof from a supplier We were top priority and our quote was waiting to be typed up He would get in touch with Paul and ring us back in 5 mins (still waiting for the call back!). If a company does not want the work why not just say instead of wasting everyones time. So glad we've found another local company who are reliable and have kept in touch and not messed us around. We will not be recommending Ultimate Home Improvements, what a bunch of time wasters. Mr & Mrs Sinclair

I work with UHI regularly and as a firm I can say his team are exceptionally good. Building work is a tricky business yet all my clients would highly recommend Paul and his team to come back and do more work for them even after the upheaval of large scale building work. A great and honest builder I will continue to push clients to whenever I can.

Thank you to Paul and his team for the fantastic work they did on our Orangery. I can thoroughly recommend them. Fantastic group of lads who are a credit to his business, always polite and very hard working. Paul constantly kept us informed as to what was happening and when each stage would occur

5/ 5

Found this company after seeing a neighbour using them. After a chat they recommended their use as they had used them often. They even offered a look at their work. They are a friendly, conscientious team who are great. All the tradesmen that Paul supplied were excellent. We had an extension built and garage converted to a kitchen plus a porch added. Work started on time and finished as I expected to a high standard. Nothing was a problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

Paul and his team have helped me many times over the years on a range of larger building projects. Trades, and builders in particular, are often hard work. Paul isn't. Nothing is too much for his team to do and all works are up to an excellent standard.
