A Very good service and a very polite helpful lovely and a cheerful man doing the paper work. I've rented a 9 seater car for 7 people and we went to London. The price was very good compared to other agencies. True they were very busy on that pre-Christmas Friday which caused me some delay 'received no answers to my early morning phones at time needed a confirmation', but after returning the car now I am very happy with the experience and would definitely rent all the time from them in case not to end up with unexpected extra fees as I've already topped the gas and made sure no dirt left in the car. Update: not charged with any extras :) They have asked me, and many other customers, to drop the car at any time 'before end time' in their store and to keep the keys in. There was a struggle though to find a parking space to return the car (many people were returning their rented cars’. also, I had to throw the key inside the car through a slightly opened window. I wish if they have the 7 seater cars though as much easier to drive with friends and family around than the 9 seaters big one.

I booked a Nissan navara to go on holiday for the weekend & when I got there they said they don’t hire Nissan navara only Mitsubishi L200 but didn’t have one & offered a fiat 500 which I would not have got my fishing tackle in, & I lost £460 for the holiday cottage I booked please stay away from this company at all cost.
