Very friendly staff.

Although we have enjoyed many holidays booked with tui this it is the first time I have been in contact with the Tui Manchester store. Excellent and helpful staff, polite professional and nothing was to much trouble. Julia and Liya could not have been more helpful. I had made a mix up with my holiday dates which Liya sorted out the following morning. Will in future book our holidays with this store. Highly recommended.

Whenever I need a holiday booking I go to Gary! I have now booked 3 holidays this year with him and he has been absolutely amazing every time. The other staff here are lovely and have helped me with changing one of my holidays over. Always a pleasant place to visit. Definitely book another holiday.

Very unhelpful!!! Has already booked with TUI, only asking two simple questions. She (around 30-40 aged) turn you away quickly just in 20 seconds, leaving you no answer but to check website instead. This never happens before. Unprofessional. Btw, only the gentlemen there is more politely.
