I only had contact via their online shop, but that was a very unpleasant experience. They sell flawed products at expensive rates and offer a very poor and unfriendly customer service. I strongly advise to go and look elsewhere.

The owners are lovely. My experience of having a makeover done was so good and I could not believe the results. I will definitely being staying here in the future as such a great location in Brighton so can walk to key locations and venues. They also have a shop on site and online and sell best range of heels, wigs, dresses and more in all sizes. Cannot thank them enough.

It is a wonderful place.I felt freedom for the first time dressed as a women.A sense of calmness prevailed..And it was one of the happiest days of my life.
