Terrible costumer services and highly unorganized. Absolutely disgusted!

Terrible rhinoplasty performed on me 10 years ago! My nose never fully heeled, left me with a long septum and unable to breath through my left nostril. The heeling process left me traumatised! It's taken me all this time to get it corrected. And two days into the recovery, it's noting like I experienced with transform!! Please don't let the clever marketing fool you. This company couldn't give a dam about anything except getting your money!!

Made appointment for 11am on 26th April, sat in room waiting for 45 mins, Got up Left. Dont waste your time unless your happy to be treated like a fool.

Made an appointment for my daughter for a cosmetic procedure as this clinic was recommended to me by a friend . Met the consultant Sara , have to say felt at ease straight away . Very friendly and professional and talked through everything with us from start to finish . Booked an appointment with the surgeon and again can’t fault this service . Surgery was carried out 2 months later . Happy with all that was done and so was my daughter . Think there’s some very unfair and old reviews . I wouldn’t hesitate booking with Sara and transform / hospital group again , many thanks
