It's extremely difficult to find a parking space because they've allocated far too many spaces to di

It's extremely difficult to find a parking space because they've allocated far too many spaces to disabled drivers and nowhere near enough for everyone else. I've never seen more than one car parked in a disabled space. So you have one section that is always full and another which is nearly always empty. Just use a bit of common sense when allocating spaces, please.
