Good prompt repair to my tow bar electrics.

Great company, gave me all the advice and options I needed before making my decision. I decided on a permanently fitted towbar and Mercedes recommended socket as its only 14 months old and still in warranty. Very neat finish and didn’t upset the bleepers on the back. I worked away on my laptop in the waiting area while being fitted. Would recommend

Had problems with my central locking on my old car, called lots of other places first and no one seemed to want to help. Called Automotive Control and I was impressed as soon as I spoke to them, they seemed very helpfull and able to help. Once I brought my car down they were able to fix my locking and it was as good as it was before. Highly recommend these guys, very helpfull and great service.

Good Afternoon, I had my vehicle in the Audi main dealer for 4 days trying to fix an electric problem! after the 4 days I was told I need whole new mmi kit which was over 3 grand! and they still gave me a £650 bill for "check over and diagnose of problem" I then was told about VIV and his team by a guy that worked there... it was in there hands for about 3 hours and with a bill of £180 it was fixed!!! I'm so grateful for your teams hard work to get my vehicle back on the road! Thanks!

I have used Towbars247 / Automotive Control twice now. Both times to fit towbars, the last occasion some nice little additions ( ICE, cameras etc). Simply great service. Viv had me over beforehand to look at some similar work on a similar vehicle. Explained options without rushing. The work was carried out soon after to the highest standards. Even received a follow up call and message, which very rarely happens. I would highly recommend, and would definitely use again in the future.

I called in earlier today and was lucky enough to have be helped right away. Tow bar socket broken away from bracket. Repaired in just under 45 minutes. Very impressed with quick turnaround.
