I used to really enjoy coming to this place but after today I don't think I'm stepping foot in there anymore. The food was not that good and some staff members were not professional or polite. I don't know if there's been a change in the management or what but please don't waste your money in this place!! Also be aware that NOT all the options are really available.

Not sure where to start. Wasn't sure where to queue as there was a mixture of walk-ins and people with reservations. Track and trace with people's details on it for everyone to see so no GDPR. Once in the system of going to get the food, put hand gel on first and then put these impossible gloves. It was a challenge putting those gloves on as an adult, imagine on a 4 year old. I understand why they request payment before you go in as when I was trying to put the very bad quality gloves they have on after putting the kids and my own I felt like I just wanted to leave by this point. Staff have no sympathy and are like robots. In terms of cutlery we were given a tablespoon and a fork,no knife. I wonder if they sold them to buy the gloves. Felt rushed throughout the meal. Food was okay apart from the fact that if you have a gluten allergy will be a waste of time going there as you will have close to nothing to eat. I have visited TOPS in other occasions and this has been by far the worst experience.

Came here for a works do. £18.50 for all you can eat in 90 minutes. There is all the typical Chinese and Indian cuisine plus Italian and much more. They even have deserts and fruit. Good value and the staff were great and we'll organised.

I heard about this open buffet from a friend, read some reviews and didn’t like it, but I said let’s give a try. In general the food taste is average, nothing special. Lower your expectations if you are coming here, for what you paid for! I couldn’t find ice cream, requested some, they said they will bring from another branch, but our time slot is ended before they do so. When we arrived we asked for another table as ours is at the toilet entrance, but they said all other tables are booked, unfortunately this is not true, I am attaching a photo of the empty tables before we leave. I can’t believe that the manager is a liar! I will never come here again and I will advise my friends not to visit this restaurant.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! Always fancied trying an all-you-can-eat restaurant and finally made it. My partner and I are both vegetarian and checked out the menu beforehand and there looked to be a great choice. This was the case, however we had hoped there would be a veggie curry and there wasn’t one on the night we were there. We mentioned it to a member of staff Ravi (I think he may have been the manager) and without hesitation off he went to the kitchen and arranged for the chef to personally make us a special dish of curry to share. Over and above what we would have ever expected, thank you! All the food was of an amazing quality and very fresh, tasty and piping hot. There was still lots we didn’t have room to try, so can’t wait to return!

Long gap since my last visit. Prices up a bit, but quality and service top notch, as before. Drinks reasonable. Not quite full steam ahead, with some sections not fully operational, and some seating available, but apparently not in use. I still recommend it as probably the best buffet in Manchester, and hopefully once Covid abates full operation will resume. Given the fixed price, worth a trial.
