The service here is always excellent and the staff are very helpful. I have used the click and collect service several times and it has always been a smooth, trouble free, process. The store is well stocked with a very wide range of products at very reasonable prices. To summarise: Excellent service and great range of products.

Nefarious attention on Friday morning 27 of August of 2021. I gave the shopkeeper the dimensions and power of a fluorescent tube, he replied that he needed the barcode, I don't have a barcode, I told him, and he insisted several times, he even told me that there should be a barcode on the box or next to the price, to which I told him: how can I have the barcode if I haven't bought it yet? I asked him to please go to where he has kept the tubes and to measure them and look for one of the characteristics of the one I wanted. His answer was: I can't do that, they are all over the place... This clerk is incompetent, and so is his partner because he stared at me as if I were an alien asking for the impossible. I really don't understand this apathy... Of course neither the clerks nor most of the clients were using mask (as Google maps says they do)

First time shopping with Toolstation. Quick and simple

Reasonably quick and efficient click & collect on a quiet Saturday afternoon. I'm using this store more and more as it's a bit cheaper than Screwfix next door. It also has a bit more of a builders range than Screwfix and great value too. Parking is available and even when busy can normally get a space within a few minutes. Recommended.
