poor customer service. Came to the shop enquiring about power tools and felt like I was disturbing the staff who clearly couldn't be bothered with customers. I was an inconvenience to them... so sorry ladies... maybe you should avoid working somewhere where you have to speak to customers. Anyway, I spent my ££ down the road in Screwfix! They were friendly, knowledgeable and didn't huff and puff when I asked for advice!!

Love this place, they have everything you could possibly need for most jobs! The two girls at the counter have great knowledge and fantastic customer service.

Not over impressed with the counter staff. Looked totally fed up and disinterested. Verging on rude.
