I haven't been here in years, but wanted a really great cut before my summer holidays so thought I'd treat myself...what a mistake! I can't fault the friendliness of the staff, however my hair is a complete disaster. It's too short, too thin, does not resemble anything like a "style" and I can't do a thing with it. It makes me want to cry every time I look in a mirror. So I've spent all weekend googling hair extensions and whether or not they would work in my hideous hair, and if I can afford them. Heartbroken and so disappointed.

I called in as a walk in and was given Lucy to cut my hair. What a breath of fresh air for a hairdresser to listen to me. Lucy understood how to handle fine hair. I came out with a great cut, looking like I had twice as much hair. Thank you, hopefully see you again next time I'm in Glasgow.

I went here a couple of years ago and spent a fortune on colouring which ended up yellow and brassy after just a few washes. I had one stylist who was lovely and chatty, but the salon manager (I think) was downright rude. I went there to get my colouring repaired, knowing fine well that it wasn't nice, but I didn't need the salon manager to rudely tell me how pink my face was because of the state my hair was in. I wouldn't have minded had she actually tried to create any report with me, but to pick my hair up like that and insult me in such a manner when I was paying a lot of money to go there, was not cool! Disappointing to go in and spend £160 to be slagged off and left with yellow hair. I would save your money and support a local salon.
