Simply shocking. I agree with the previous reviewer how rude the reception lady was. Some serious people management courses are required to be undertaken here. Considering you're working in the health care sector 'people skills' you would think would be essential!

Called to register and was asked to come in and fill out forms. When I got there, I was told to go to the same surgery as my other half in Harefield when I'm 2 minutes from this one and 30 minutes from the Harefield surgery. Receptionist was rude, dismissive and when I called back later to speak to the manager, I couldn't get hold of them. I know the NHS is struggling with closures and funding etc and I'm a staunch supporter of the NHS (previously worked at a GP surgery) but to be spoken to like that in front of other people when I'd been asked to come in was totally unacceptable. I'll keep going to Shirley for now. At least the receptionists there have heard of manners and empathy.

A busy surgery but all the staff are efficient and courteous. A recent refit in the downstairs waiting area brings a splash of colour and more space to wait in. There is a free car park on site which can fill quickly but there is often on street parking available too.

I am registered with this practice for three years and my experience has always been positive. My concerns have always been addressed and treated in a professional and prompt manner even during the hard times we are going through at the moment. Dr Walters especially is an excellent doctor, combines solid medical knowledge but also human care.

2nd vaccination this morning, same service as 1st. No waiting or messing about, straight in and out. Polite and painless. Thank you 👍 🙂

A few complaints about receptionists here. I've been a patient for about 20yrs and have no bad encounters with any receptionist. Sometimes I get a snappy one, but if that's her personality type, I'm not going to take anything personally, the job get's done, usually very quickly, and all is well. I can't complain about the doctors at all. some I prefer more than others but that's about it. The surgery is OK, waiting areas are good downstairs with plenty of seating but the upstairs waiting room is a disaster. Wooden bench seats line the walls of the room, and I can't imagine what sort of creature would be comfortable waiting on them for any length of time. the seating is generally on a par with the rest of the room. enough said. there was a time when, for various reasons, I thought about a change of surgeries and waiting rooms, but I didn't. Good decision.

I am in the process of registering with this practice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful both on the phone and when I popped in to collect forms.

Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with this lot. Not only is the telephone manner rude, but also extremely unhelpful. If you call for an appointment you're told there aren't any. Full stop. Not a shred of helpfulness. If you then ask if they have anything for the next week they begrudgingly look for you and your either (surprisingly) in luck or told they don't book that far ahead. Manners don't cost anything, but apparently they do here.... Save yourself the trouble & offence and register elsewhere!
