The Urban Rooms – Nottingham

Having spent the day at the Urban Rooms on my birthday last May, I decided to treat myself again this year to the City Hideaway Spa Package. I think the spa day is excellent value for money. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to have Jo again this year.... she is lovely and very good. I am a psoriasis sufferer and both times Jo has made me feel comfortable and has tailored my treatments to help my skin. I had the most wonderful birthday and felt amazing afterwards. I will be continuing my birthday ritual every year... and also a half birthday trip back there in November. Amazing spa.... cannot recommend enough and I cant wait to go back again! ❤ Nicola Lloyd xx

Make sure you are aware about the expiry date of your gift voucher. Mine was overdue by two weeks which I had not realized before. They would not extend or accept that voucher anymore. Vouchers are only valid for max 6 months which is very short.

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. I have a disability/complex health issues and I was worried about the reaction to my various 'added' extras (I have a feeding tube and IV line) as I know other similar facilities have been difficult. However, I was treated like everyone else, with offers of any necessary adjustments/help but without a huge or unnecessary fuss or point being made. Very knowledgeable staff, and whilst suggestions made about products that I could buy, no pressure made to do so. Loved it.

Fantastic experience. Yvette, Lewis, Evie and the girls are such lovely genuine people. You always feel welcome when you come in and they treat everyone with respect. You won't find a better place to relax in Nottingham.

I visited the Urban rooms on January 14th 2016 with a friend for a spa day. We have now had several visits to this spa. It is always excellent especially the facials and shoulder and neck massages. Jo was particular helpful with her advice re skin products and she made me feel totally relaxed. The staff here over the years have always been very friendly and professional. I have recommended this Spa to my work colleagues.
