The hotel is lovely and clean. Food good and staff friendly. We stayed here for eight days and our room is right next to a laundry/work room. The washing machine is going on throughout the night. Our view is of a back yard. So not happy with the room we were given.

We had afternoon tea on 22nd May 2021, although nice setting the afternoon tea was disappointing and certainly not as described on the website. All we had were rather dry sandwiches, tiny squares of cakes and scones. No tea selection, just basic tea and coffee. I did email to express disappointment, so far no acknowledgement.

I had my second visit to Hatherley Manor Spa yesterday with a friend and had yet another amazing experience. The Spa is beautiful and we took full advantage of all of the facilities including even using the gym for a short while before we relaxed. Everything at the Spa is clean, well presented and of high quality and all of the staff are attentive, polite and knowledgeable in their roles. I had an express facial which was very relaxing and the therapist talked me through the aftercare and products used after the treatment and had clearly paid attention to the form I had completed prior to the treatment as she explained what and why she had used the products she did. We had lunch with a glass of Prosecco which was all delicious and both me and my friend floated out of the Spa due to how relaxed and easy the whole experience had been. 5 hours flew by and I cannot wait to go again. Hot stone massage is next on the cards as I’ve been highly recommended that treatment
