Cant recommend this shop enough. Staff always are so polite and helpful with any questions. Really happy with the products I received and they offer great customer service, even offering to repair an item I broke free of charge!

What a gem of a shop! Outstanding quality, amazing customer service and follow up care. My first purchase from The Silver Shop of Bath was 8 1/2 years ago. The jewellery I purchased then is still in perfect condition and I couldn't wait to get back there again. My second visit, I allowed more time and bought loads of stunning pieces. The sales lady and Guy the owner were incredibly patient with me looking at everything and trying so many pieces on and they didn't know a this stage if I was even going to actually buy anything. Oh but I did and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases. The quality, the stunning unique pieces and my experience in this wonderful shop, made this a highlight of my trip to England and I look very much forward to my next trip out from Australia!

Living in Bath I have shopped at this shop many times however have never done an online order. Due to a broken ankle, I placed an order online for my niece’s xmas present yesterday. To my delight I noticed they did free local delivery (really nice touch and would encourage me to shop with them again) and free gift wrapping. My items have just been delivered tonight (less than 24hrs) beautifully packaged and directly to my door. Such ease and such a nice service. People of Bath use this lovely local shop. What a fabulous place! I wanted a very specific gift for my daughter's birthday and The Silver Shop were able to provide me with it. But... they also customised the gift for me, wrapped it AND personally delivered it, together with my card, to my daughter for her birthday (I was unable to). I am very grateful to The Silver Shop, and especially Lizzy, for such a phenomenal, personal and pleasing experience. If I could give 6 ****** , I would!

I recently ordered a pair of earrings for my niece’s birthday. I was delighted with the service from start to finish - especially the local delivery service and the personal email I received confirming the specific details of delivery. The gift wrapping made it even more enjoyable for my niece to open her present, she absolutely loves her earrings!

I needed a spot weld on my wife's necklace pendant. I phoned a few shops in Bath and ended up choosing The Silver Shop in Bath. They completed the work needed in one day to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price. As 'we' are a silver couple I would go back to The Silver Shop for any future work that is needed.
