Lovely elegant setting, perfect for a date night! We absolutely loved it here. The food was perfect and I wouldn't have changed anything, the staff were great and helped us pick out a wine to pair with our mains - which was lovely! Great seafood and romantic atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!

Had a weekend away in Dartmouth for my partners birthday in October 19 and chose to have a meal here. Limited menu if you not mad on seafood but WOW was my steak sublime!!!! Way too much for a woman but crikey it was melt in your mouth food! We're coming back again in October 2020 and will be booking at The Seahorse again. If you enjoy Fine Dining in a beautiful classy restaurant with a huge choice of wines too you won't be disappointed! One of The Best Restaurants we've ever been to (and we dine out weekly and like good food & wine!)

Had a lovely evening here, the staff were extremely friendly and the food was exquisite! We really enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend making the outside dining a regular thing over summer even when the restaurant reopens as it was lovely.

Lovely, small place with a relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. The food was amazing, and a fantastic wine selection. Staff were wonderful and the kitchen was busy but completely under control. If you can, take advantage of the locals set menu!

We had an absolutely amazing experience I’m still pinching myself that I’ve been to The Seahorse and it wasn’t a dream Your staff are all amazing, made us feel so welcome and service was incredible Chefs went above and beyond. We squeezed in an extra course of 3 scallops to share and they sent an extra one so we had 2 each. So kind. All the food was delicious and if our travels ever get us back to the West Country we shall build in a detour to visit again

Super bistro, think J Sheekey small bistro by the sea. a bit let down my lack of serious Vegan or Vegetarian dishes, while I'm a flexitarian my partner is more vegan, so having a more modern menu that reflects these growing trends would certainly have helped our experience. When you dine with a few people, it's very likely that one will be Vegetarian or Vegan, listed menu really needs to reflect that, it shouldn't be up to the dinner/guest to need to ask if they have any none meat/fish options available. Good vegan dishes gives a restaurant a real chance to shine. The fish dishes etc are amazing.
