The Salon North End – Portsmouth

Everything was fine until I was told that I could not redeem my final microdermabrasion session. I messaged them asking about it as I'd already had two through Groupon but was due to have a third. They explained that new management had taken over and they no longer work with Groupon, which is fair enough. But, due to lockdown in March 2020 I obviously couldn't book my final session, and my Groupon voucher expired during that time and they refused to complete my final session, even though this was something I couldn't do anything about. So, I'm quite disappointed with the way this was dealt with. However, when I did attend the salon I couldn't really fault the service.

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage by Sam today and would quite happily say it's the best I've ever had..... and I've had a few! I almost don't want to leave a review in case she gets booked up..... she was warm, friendly and professional and absolutely fantastic at what she did. I plan on becoming a regular and would recommend her.

Just had manicure and pedicure by Beth at the salon, she did a fantastic job and I was treated very well. Lovely local friendly salon. Excellent price structure I will definitely be using the salon in future

I've been for a massage few times already. Sam is really good, serious and professional.
