The Park Royal – Warrington

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings . We came for the spa facilities as we were spending time for my daughters baby shower. We were waiting for a whole 1.5 hours to check in. Daughter didn't get the treatment that she wanted, so a bit disappointed. We had a fabulous massage from Bushra. The best one we've ever had by far. She's a credit to the Hotel Spa services. Would definitely recommend her. Would definitely visit again.. 4⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had our wedding at The Park Royal on 3rd August 2021 and the service we have received has been fantastic from start to finish. Special thanks to Jess in planning the wedding with us and making sure every detail was perfect, also to Garth for ensuring the wedding ran smoothly and for his professional and friendly manner throughout. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite which was beautiful and just perfect to start off life as Mr and Mrs. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff we met, reception, bar and restaurant, we’re helpful and attentive. A nice building in pleasant surroundings, however, no maid service in rooms, so bins in rooms were overflowing. We went to our room one night about 21.30 hrs and the next door room had obviously had room service, and placed the dirty plates in the corridor for collection. When we returned to our room the following evening, the plates were still there (20 hours later). A lovely pool and fitness centre and breakfast was excellent but food in the dining room at the evening meal was very overpriced for what it was. When we checked out after 2 days, £14.60p had been added to our bill as "tips" for the dining room staff.

Attended a wedding ,returned 4. Drinks to the bar, bar staff very unhelpful in the royal bar ( I asked for a manager but one could not be found) what a joke! I was told that I could not change my drink as it was not the company's policy. I had to walk around to the main bar to get decent drinks all night Would not recommend this place.

Although the staff were excellent and extremely helpful, (I use an electric scooter), the rooms reminded me of a Travelodge. I am unable to get into a bath, due to arthritis, the shower was over the bath. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. I would go back just for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I can't praise them enough.
