Really friendly local pub to get some tasty food during the week, and especially the Sunday roasts!

Lovely, friendly welcome from Lynn behind the bar. Food was delicious. Recommend both the 8oz Rump Steak and the large fish and chips. Or as my young lad said 'whale and chips'. A pub that has a really lovely atmosphere with plenty of locals partaking in a beverage. Always a good sign. Just what we needed before heading home back to Wolverhampton.

Eaten and socialised in here a few times during a short break, wonderful atmosphere and really great food which was excellent value for money. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again soon. The team were happy to help and it’s refreshing to see a local pub thriving, I’d definitely recommend a visit!

Stayed at the Pack horse Inn for the weekend while attending a wedding. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. Food was very nice and good value. Great atmosphere with friendly locals.

Lovely dinner of hunters chicken for my partner and I. Lovely staff and very friendly welcoming environment. Its clear this watering hole is very well loved by the locals!

We were staying near South Brent for a week, and this was the local pub. We were very impressed with the pub - the staff are friendly and there is a good selection of drinks. It is a real local – no fake gastro pub or a chain pub. The food was very tasty and a good price. I would recommend this pub to anybody visiting the area.
