Best experience ever! The sauna and the ice bath together are a perfect combination to release strong stress. The space is absolutely and perfectly CLEAN, welcoming and completely respectful of privacy. Brigid is one of the most beautiful soul of Fremantle and her assistance professionally outstanding! Booked already a second session. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing personalised service from Brigid, and absolutely next level experience with the fire and ice session. So good. I have tried saunas all over Perth and this is by far the best.

A 10/10 costumer service experience that makes you feel so welcome! I was generally upset when I move into a place that had a sauna as It wouldn’t be the same as the “neighbourhood sauna” experience.

This place is a gem! Easy to book online. Brigid makes you feel very welcome. We’ve had 2 sessions so far, with the 2nd extremely sweaty and you feel very refreshed afterwards. We will definitely be back many more times!

From the moment you enter the neighbourhood sauna you feel you're in good hands. Brigid is highly knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable straight away. The addition of herbal tea and essential oils are a nice touch. The saunas are spacious and clean and have the addition of light therapy and music. I would highly recommend this business for those seeking to improve their wellness.
