For the money, one would get a better room at any three star hotel. The rooms are far too small with a bed that can be accessed from one side. Inconvienient when you must crawl over your partner and dodge suitcase debris to use the washroom. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel. It is located OK and the staff were nice. Would not stay here again.

Clean and modern room which was excellent value given its central location. Took only minutes to walk to Liverpool One and there were plenty of bars and restaurants two blocks away on Bold Street. Friendly staff and comfy bed - will definitely book again on my next trip.

Stayed for one night in Liverpool and this hotel was truly amazing! The loft style room came with a mini kitchenette, king size bed on the upstairs loft, big bathroom, and an extra single bed in the downstairs living room. For a family of 3 like ours, this was perfect. Plenty of room, clean, and centrally located near any good restaurants, Liverpool museum, mini grocery and parking.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was very comfortable, looked good, the wee kitchen was a resounding success, space off the reception was just right and the staff were all helpful, smiling and couldn't have done anymore. All our questions and directions were answered. Jack, you were the STAR that shone brightest. Great advice on places to visit. Thank you all.

Good hotel in the centre of town. Reasonably priced and has everything you need in the room. Was worried about noise because it really is in the busy part of time. But no problems at all. Really helpful front of house team. Couldn’t be more helpful - Sharon even got her brother In law to collect us in his taxi so we wouldn’t be late for the wedding we were going to! ( it was on match day and raining so taxis were hard to come by). Im only not giving it 5 stars because it’s more an apartment hotel - no restaurant or breakfast room. But you are so close to so many great places it’s not a problem but it’s worth pointing out. I would definitely stay there again.

From start to finish the staff on reception were professional, polite and genuinely caring, nothing was to much to ask! The security on the building is top rate, its location which is a blessing because everything is at your fingertips you would think generates a lot of noise, you do not hear a single peep of the hustle and bustle. The rooms feel premium and the showers are amazing! We will definitely stay again!
