I rarely contribute to public review sites because I value my privacy, but I'm making an exception for the lovely person staffing the reception last Monday (2nd September 2019). She was so helpful, and kind enough to let me leave my heavy wellingtons with her instead of having to haul them all the way up to Mam Tor and back. I do hope she is well appreciated by the managers and well renumerated. Thank you.
