Very rude staff and receptionists. They always act annoyed like you're asking dumb questions when in fact you are just asking health related stuff. They want to get rid of you and they treat you like a number instead of a person. Doctors are ok overall.

The Doctor's are fantastic but the booking system is just one of the most frustrating and ridiculous services I've ever used. Ringing from 8am hoping it's not engaged whilst also not being put on hold means redialling every 5 seconds to hear a dial tone for two seconds before it cuts out and youh ave to ring again, but ring after about 08:30 and you're abruptly told to ring earlier. As someone who is calling the surgery about anxiety and depression it's hard to have to do this knowing the receptionist you're going to get through to will be very rude. I mean the doctors are the best I've ever had but the customer service at reception is honestly so frustrating, stressful and unhelpful.

Dr Cramp is exceptional. Best GP care I've ever had, a solution finder, straight talking, warm, approachable whilst being professional. I had 100% trust in her decision making.

By Eve Eley. Superb. Kind, attentive and sympathetic receptionist, when I called. Able to get through straightaway. Received a voice to voice conversation with a lovely doctor within 2 hours, who organised medication, and set up a face to face appointment in 2 days time. Appointment. Received by a charming young lady, and the doctor couldn't have been helpful. With medication I am slowly on the mend. Thank you.

I spoke to the receptionist this morning and she was so rude and patronising. I have had this issue with the same receptionist before as my partner had to get involved on the phone. I have had insomnia and therefore phoned at 8.50 rather than 8.30 due to sleeping pattern. I made her aware of this and she proceeded to have a go at me for ringing late. I suffer with severe mental health which the practice is aware of. And she refused to help me with anything I wanted. I told her I was going to record the conversation as she was raising her voice she threatened the police on me and said she would ‘discuss me with the doctor and see what to do with me’ all I wanted was a call back from my doctor to help me. I’m entitled to a weekly check up with my doctor which she is aware of. She should not be in the health care profession. Everytime I phone I get anxiety and panicky as she is always so horrible to me to the point where I don’t ring most of the time. I’m so upset and angry i got treated so dismissively.

Called trying to figure out how I would find my NHS number, receptionist wouldn't even let me explain my issue properly and continued to interrupt me before telling me to "let her finish" when she wouldn't let me finish, she also didn't know that Northern Ireland was in the UK and continued to tell me that because I'm "Irish" I wouldn't have a NHS number despite me saying about 3 times that Northern Ireland is part of the UK. It seems like this surgery had an issue with rude and unattended receptionists judging by other reviews.

I am shocked at how unfriendly the reception team is. The reviews I've read are such a true reflection of the service you get. An unwillingness to help people who call who are not well. Frankly speaking they don't care. If you can don't bother registering there.
