Very nice staff very good service

I was 15 minutes late due to not finding a safe place to park as it was dark. On my arrival Lois my therapist had someone already in doing a treatment whilst I was waiting...so was this client already booked in....!? When I was introduced to Lois I was greeted with ""you ready"" I had last perm and during the 3 stages I was not asked if I was ok...! On the 2md stage my eyes were stinging but before I could say anything Lois had left the room. My lashs to be honest are so curly and the lashs are going in different ways I'm going to have to have this done again. It was my 2nd visit to the salon first one was a week before having my nails done and everything was fine. I booked in with this salon as my therapist who's been doing my lashs has moved away so hense I thought I'd try them. The other is on the day I booked I had a test patch at no point on meeting Lois did she ask how I got on with it being my 1st time with the salon. After the treatment was finished she just walked away not even saying goodbye which I thought was extremely rude and carried on talking to other people in the nail section about how the ammonia stinks....!! I.e. lashperm. I was also quoted 35 but was charged 40. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received as I wanted to support a local business but the customer service is extremely poor.

Love this place. All the girl's are lovely and make you feel at ease. Had my eyelashes done today and they are gorgeous, they are time consuming to have done....but what patience they have got. Nothing is to much trouble and they listen to what you ask for. BRILLIANT.

Being going to the little beauty co now for around 2 years, very accessible when making appointments, the girls couldn’t be nicer and always friendly and welcoming , very clean environment. Prices very reasonable and offers a wide range of services also which is fantastic! Highly recommend checking them out I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing gift for my wife’s Christmas present. Manicure, Pedicure and Facial. Chloe and Ellie are two lovely young ladies, not at all pretentious and really put you at ease. Definitely will be booking again in the future. Thanks.

Went for my first Hollywood wax and half leg wax, completely put at ease, not awkward at all and not anywhere near as painful as I was expecting. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou xx

Love this place, the new shop is a great place to relax after work whilst receiving an eye lash tint or spray tan. Highly recommended!
