Yesterday I had an urgent need to see a doctor and I live 140 miles away as just work here. I was registered as a temporary patient in minutes and saw a doctor 3 hours later. I can’t recall his name but he was kind, caring and compassionate and sent me to A&E where I received further treatment and a diagnosis. Thankfully recovering at home now. I couldn’t fault the service here, including the on site pharmacy. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have been with this practice over 15 years and yes it has changed. Its difficult to see the Dr or request a phone call when you feel unwell and that is distressing, which is what happened to me a few weeks back. But I was given a phone call with Dan, a paramedic, and after the phone consultation an appointment was made within the hour to see Susie, another paramedic. They were both very good at reassuring me, tests were done and arranged and a Dr would have been called in if required. I received the care I needed.

very poor service. very poor communications among staff.. no one knows who is doing what ? duty Dr and visiting DR have no clues about patients they seeing as an emergency and patient has to tell them the full history which is annoying as all details must be on their records but they seem lazy enough to ready through. Reception staff are quite rude especially in phone. they do not listen and cut you off or send you away. its a shame that this surgery is the nearest to my house but I will no consider moving to further one hopefully for better service as I had enough.

Seriously rude and unprofessional reception. Lacking in information and professionalism. The key medical practice is a true embarrassment to the NHS. Some serious work is needed here to bring the place up to NHS standards. This place is the reason I pay for private health care. Making an appointment with a GP at the key medical practice is almost impossible. Reception are too lazy to assist with anything and are rude, unprofessional and poorly trained. I can only hope they soon get the kick they deserve, and that they pull their socks up and deliver the type of service that the public deserve. I would like to add that the only hope for the key medical practice are Dr Finnegan and Dr Tucker. Great GPs who unfortunately have to work in such a terrible establishment.
