Nice place with a very friendly location. The staff is polite and helpful and make you feel comfortable straight away. The best thing about the place is that nobody tries to force you to get products or treatments, they listen first. The body massage treatments are very good and the staff is professional and know what they're doing. I have taken away one star only because I wasn't very satisfied with the pedicure, which mentions a leg massage but there wasn't significant bits of it. Other than that the place deserves full marks!

I would not recommend The House to anyone!!! My daughter had bought me a gift voucher for a spa pedicure with a foot and leg massage for Christmas and I booked an appointment to have the treatment before going on holiday. When I booked the appointment I was told to arrive 15 minutes early as I had not been there since 2016. I duly arrived at the required time and completed the personal health information form and put on it that I had surgery for breast cancer in May 2019 and radiotherapy in August 2019. The therapist then came to me and said we can’t do your treatment without a doctors note, I said why was I not asked about medical conditions when I booked as I would have told them then. I said I had not been able to go on holiday in the summer due to having treatment for cancer and I was going abroad at the weekend. I was really upset and the therapist said it is our insurance and she said I would have been asked about medical conditions when I made the appointment. So not only did the House refuse to carry out the pedicure that my daughter had paid £45 for, they basically accused me of lying as she said her manager Helen Cardinal has told me about significant health issues requiring a doctors note. I would not recommend The House to anyone, I have never felt so upset or humiliated when I should have felt relaxed and ready fir my holiday. I had to put 1 star as you cannot post with no stars.

Exceptional service from the house very professional made me feel at ease and the decor was very calming would highly recommend

Have been going here since it opened and have never been disappointed! Tranquil surroundings and lovely staff. Definitely recommend it.
