The Hot Tub Superstore – Blackpool

From our first visit to view the master spa range, right through to delivery & installation, we have experienced great service from the Hot Tub Superstore. We opted for the Legend 7, and this is a great tub meeting our needs perfectly. It allows for relatively easy water quality management, and provides a wide range of different spa treatments depending upon your choice of seat. The dual pumps are powerful enough to supply a good strong flow through all jets. We have yet to put any music through the speakers but have no doubt these will also live up to expectations, having heard another spa. All in all I would recommend both the Hot Tub Superstore, and Master Spa tubs.

We had our hot tub delivered Saturday the 4th of July. First class service from start to finish, shame it was raining. Poor Carly got soaked. Very happy with the legend 6. Excellent choice, great speakers, really good quality. Highly recommend the hot tub superstore.

Great service from my initial enquiry. Chloe from sales was super helpful and knowledgable and in no way pushy. She was honest and based on my requirements and measurements advised on the tub I had my eye on. She was also very honest about lead times, and they met the agreed date, and was also very helpful when sending details on measurements and access. On delivery day they were on time, pleasant helpful and professional. Liam completed the install and was patient, professional and knowledgeable. The tub itself is everything they said it would be and more. The aftercare has been spot on as well. Can’t recommend these guys enough, from start to finish. Great company- a very happy customer

First class service from everyone here. They’re understandably really busy, but I found them to be always very helpful, patient and importantly professional. We ordered a swim spa and they organised a crane and the install team made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend! PS we initially wanted a hot tub but the kids love the extra space of the swim spa - it’s amazing 😎

Excellent service from day 1 in 2015, always helpful with queries and consumables. The team in Blackpool should be applauded for customer service. Well done to all if you want a hot tub they are the people to see!
