Brilliant little resturant. I am gluten free and they had a great selection available. My father and I had jacket potatoes very filling and delicious, whilst my mum had an omelette which she stated was 'the best she ever had'. Even got a piece of gluten free cheesecake to take away. 100% my favourite place in Dawlish to eat. And although only here for 5 days will definitely be visiting one more time before we leave.

Popped in just before it closed to pick up some gluten free donuts! So glad we did. Was welcomed by a really friendly couple. Offered to make the donuts fresh even though they were about to close. (Would take an hour!) In the end, they found some and we brought them all. Awesome donuts. So tasty. Would recommend this place to anyone. Great for people needing a gluten free treat! Would have attached a picture but we ate them all to quickly. Thanks

I've visited home kitchen every year for the last 4 years. I love this place and I feel so comfortable that I can eat out here and not get cross contamination. The staff and the owner are friendly and happy to help any way they can. I highly recommend home kitchen.

Not sure how I haven't written a review for this place already. Me and the family come here all the time. A lovely little cafe providing brilliant food at a small cost. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They do absolutely everything on their menu gluten free, which my partner was very happy about the first time we ate here, as she misses breaded garlic mushrooms. This place is now a regular visit for us to have breakfast, the full breakfast is delicious and amazing value. When we get friends come to visit down here we always bring them here. As long as you give them notice they are very catering for large parties, even though its quite a small cafe. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this lovely cafe, even more so if you are gluten free/coeliac.

Visited the cafe whilst on holiday, and the guy serving us, who I assume was the owner, was really, really helpful. The cafe had closed by the time we'd left, but he carried on giving information about the steamtrain and boatrides, nonetheless. Obviously an admirable quality in a man. And if and when, we'll be returning, we'll continue to support this cafe, as the beverages and cakes, were delicious too!
