I’ve had the honour of practising yoga with Ben for over 3 years. The effects of his teachings ripple out into many aspects of my life & really helps in our fast paced ‘monkey brain’ world. Always leave the studio floating with a smile & the deep sleep that follows is always looked forward too. Mel’s deep knowledge of Natropophy recently helped me to get back on my in feet in days after 6 weeks of doctors appointments & hospital visits.
