I saw horrific videos of rude, nasty hotel employees making tourists pay double for the stay after bankruptcy of Thomas Cook. This is an absolute NO GO and you need to act IMMEDIATELY!!! I just can give advice to avoid the DR for the coming years until the DR tourist board acts responsibly and does not treat travellers like cattle anymore. HELL - what a mess you're delivering to the public!???
