The Conservatory in the Luton Hoo Walled Garden luton

Spent a lovely morning here last Wednesday. The entrance fee includes a guided tour and I would highly recommend it if you haven't been here before. Our guide was a lovely Irish lady (apologies for not remembering your name) who was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. It took approximately an hour to complete. There is a shop selling the produce they grow there so we bought some delicious potatoes and honey to take home. Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the cafe but it gives us an excuse to go back again soon.

When reading this review please bare in mind it was for a christmas party and these tend to be difficult to pull off at large venues. Anyway, place was difficult to find but it is a large estate so can forgive them for that. It was a greatest showman theme but there really wasn't much on offer. Great singer on the night who was around for an hour or so. There was also a close up card magician but never got to interact.....and that was it for the theme. Reasonable venue. As I was driving I was on standard soft drinks (poured straight from coke bottles) but priced okay so wasn't too fussed. Food was pretty average. I am giving a 2 star review because of the ticket price vs. what was available on the night. Would have been a higher review without the greatest showman aspect. Don't do it if you cant deliver the right feel of the event. Would still consider again though.

1st experience in this place (marquee) and the weather was really bad snowing and windy, unbelievably no leeks for snow,rain or wind very good location for weddings etc

This is the most beautiful venue. We booked the venue a year ago - and from day one the comfort we were given even during a pandemic was unbelievably amazing. Danielle and Kellie were amazing throughout. Not only did the make the whole booking and explaining process so easy, they recommended caterers and decor companies to us which we also used! The day itself was so amazing. It simply couldn’t have happened without Danielle, Kellie and all of the people who work with them. They knew our requirements and made sure everything ran to schedule. Yes.. to schedule.. we had a wedding where nothing overran!! I could go on and on but all I’m going to say is.. get this booked in. It’s the absolute complete package. Sheb.

I cannot recommend The Conservatory at Luton Hoo Walled Gardens enough. We booked the venue early 2019 for June 2021 for our wedding and reception, fortunately we had only one date change and the team were extremely accommodating. Danielle and the team really went above and beyond to make the day stress free for ourselves and our families. The background work behind the day was massively appreciated and we cannot thank Danielle and Team for making the day unforgettable.

It is a happy and relaxing place. We have been three times and every time we visit there is a memorable experience. On the last occasion we had the privilege of talking to Dave who shared with us his expertise especially that of growing one of the tastiest tomatoes we have ever eaten, the Rusada and others such as lemon gold. The aisle of stately tomato plants bearing a bounty, unmissable. As my husband says, it is a hotel Marigold experience in a Walled Garden.

Lovely venue for this function I've never been to the conservatory for a do like this well set up and very well organised...ssh functions are great hope to return next year 20211
