I get no help whatsoever from this surgery. Dr Anita told me a few months ago I may have a brain, tumour, early onset dementia or epilepsy and never followed any thing up . I tell her my meds do nothing to help me but she does nothing to help except give me my prescription late most months. I have told her I'm having a break down and need to go back on lorazepam but she ignores me hence I'm having complete breakdowns , then she takes to calming me at 20 to twelve at night even though I'm an insomniac and take sleeping pills and she wakes me up then refuses to give me more sleeping tablets even though I explain they only have a window in which to work in . Every time I go in she goes through my list of illnesses which I have had for years and asks how I know I've got them I always say 1. Because I'm suffering with them 2.because you sent me for a barrage of test which while apparently inconclusive because there is no test which can prove my illnesses 3.because you told me I had them and have been giving me the medication for these illnesses which I've explained numerous times doesn't work in every case . 4 . I have written to you explaining my mental health is getting out of control on a dozen occasions as well as calling because it's impossible to see you and yet you do nothing

I moved to the area recently and this is easily the best surgery I’ve ever belonged to. DR Anita makes you feel seen and heard and she goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of your concerns. They also do blood tests on the spot which is amazing; coming from London I had to go to a separate hospital to get blood tests and it was a major pain in the arse. The doctor has a very wholistic approach to medicine which is great. I couldn’t recommend this surgery highly enough.

I like Dr Anita she is very polite and attentive. Reception staff are O.K. I have to have blood tests every two months. But the nurse questions me every time. When I mentioned it to Dr Anita she said it's clearly written on the computer. I feel like I shouden't be there getting blood tests. That's how the nurse makes me feel. Although she is very nice. She gets very upset when I mention that I keep getting the same problem.

SHOCKING eo not use this doctors ! After an operation I had .I needed to have fresh dressings done daily by the nurse here. When I get to see the nurse she is great and super friendly. The problem is the nurse says I need to go daily for fresh dressings and to be cleaned. But reception say sorry we cant book you in for 3/4 days THIS has happened 3 times now . I tell them the nurse said I need to come each day they just say sorry we full !!! So know I'm sitting with a huge whole in my body that's getting infected due to the rubbish clinic Of to AE now . I do not understand the nurse tells you to come back daily but the reception say we are full.call in the morning to see if someone cancelled .absolute joke . Never go here

I have been a patient with the Broadway surgery for many years, i have always found the staff, helpful, kind and caring. This year in February, Dr Anita returned a phone call to me, late at night, she suggested i go to A&E straight away, in doing so she helped to save my life, for which i and my family will be forever thankful.
