The Backs cambridge

Lovely, calm place for an evening stroll. I went with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness here. You do get quite a lot of tourists during the day, with most coaches stopping here, but come the evening it is a beautiful, scenic place for walks. The view of the colleges is unique, nowhere else globally is quite like it, and overall a wonderful place to spend an evening.

Great place for a stroll along the canal, with impressive views of the colleges. If you have time, go for punting in a boat. Watch out though since there are a lot of inexperienced folks punting as well.

Lovely place. Old buildings with a very beautiful arhitecture. Watch out for the parking, even a 5 minutes delay will get you a ticket.

It's interesting there is good sights but if your going to go punting take a tour giude it's worth it for the extra money

A nice place but it was thronging with tourists so I didn't linger.

Amazing place for a walk, we visited relatively early on a Monday morning and the footpaths were very quiet. I’d imagine around midday it would be completely different. You get some stunning views of all the colleges.

Very beautiful place, I hope to visit Cambridge again in the future.

Nice part of the city to explore when its quiet. Spring is a good time to enjoy a stroll.

Great day just after lockdown finished. Cambridge was so busy but still it was fantastic to see so many people out enjoying themselves. We wanted to hire a punt but completely booked all day. So get there early.
