Tesco Superstore london

I found this branch to have almost every need. Well organised shelves, fresh bakery, usual fresh produce, clothes, households and more. It seemed to have customer service on site (unusual these days), elderly friendly carts. Great prices, specially the Petrol. Car wash. Huge parking area.

Tesco Superstore has a many different things than other supermarkets, nice shoes and summer products, cheap price best quality and expensive bedding sets are in this store, And dining sets and cup sets are unique here and cheap price, a very large car parking area. My J daddy bought me a tall cup i like it. I never seen like that cup anywhere else before. Thanks nice design on it and it's for only £6. We can buy Nice and useful things and quality products we can get almost every thing we need.

This place is a joke of a cafe, which is a shame to say as some of the staff members are quite nice. The kitchen staff is ridiculous, took 35 minutes to start cooking a KIDS MEAL, and when we asked for a refund they still hadn't started cooking it. AVOID at all costs, the food quality is pretty bad too, not worth the hassle

Great shop open 24 hours plenty of free parking always has good deals and has free fresh fruit for children to eat while you shop

Good store, but when they put something on offer and don't update the tills, causes a lot of confusion. Equally would be nice if the staff who tried to insist on the higher price would apologise when proved wrong.

I visited Tesco at Dukes Green Feltham this morning after a very early start to collect my brother in law from Heathrow. I needed a coffee and a WC. Gotta be honest the WC left a lot to be desired but I just wanted to say a very big thank you to Lisa and her colleague in the cafe for their excellent customer service. She was happy, welcoming and so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and our food was delivered to our table hot fresh and very tasty. I have to say that it was a very welcome change to be greeted so well and made to feel like our custom meant something. Thank you very much Lisa.

I really like this Tesco. It’s well stocked and clean like many others. This shining star here is the cafe, great food, super cheap and awesome staff. There was a young lady here (Nov 2021) that had the most awesome customer service, the best I’ve had in years and I’ve gone to many places!!! I wish I got her name at the time to let them know …

My first choice supermarket for all my family's shopping. Always easy to park and never too crowded. When it does get busy, the tills are opened very quickly. Great range, always end up coming out with more than I planned. Most of the staff are long standing and always polite. A special mention for Aye Aye who is super helpful and very friendly. I have a huge choice of supermarkets around Feltham, but always go to Dukes Green. Jonathan

I went shopping today with my daughter, scan go as we suffer from anxiety, relaxed shop and the total of the shop came to over £250, we went to pay and the system decided to random check if we had sneaked any items we didn’t scan, the attendant said don’t worry we will only check 30%, ok fine, then once 30% was done, he then said the whole lot needs to be done, we explained that we suffer from anxiety and mental health, he carried on. There was a lot cold stuff and didn’t really fancy him handling all the stuff. There was no understanding and u said if he continues I will leave. That’s what happened.

One of my regular supermarket venues. On the plus side, easy car parking with plenty of spaces always. Never overcrowded with long opening hours and well placed for the car user. Recently modernised with new chiller cabinets and redesigned layout. Usual cash dispensers and petrol station. The downside with Tesco I find is with the quality of some of their fruit which is delivered unripe and chilled and that they have replaced use by dates with what appears to be a picked or packed three number date code, so it can be difficult to determine how fresh a product is.
