Just had an amazing massage, such a relaxing and professional place [and Coronavirus security!] I'm so glad they've re-opened after the lock-down

Had a 90 minute massage here and was so relaxing as well lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Had a great massage by the manager Cat at the Swan spa yesterday. The decor was beautiful in very typically Thai relaxing style. I was really stressed when I arrived and because of the non rushed and relaxing persona of Cat I soon became at ease. As for the massage, it was magnificent. You could see Cat was an expert at the traditional Thai massage! Indeed she had magic hands! I had a longer massage then the scheduled time and was not charged extra - unlike a lot of other places! I will have no hesitation in going back when I am in Liverpool again. I would recommend the Swan Spa to anyone who wants the top of the range Thai massage!

Re-visited Swan today and the standards have not dropped since closure and reopening. Place is very clean, staff are very friendly, attractive and attentive. All the girls give great massages in spotless rooms with showers in each. The best Thai Massage in Liverpool by far!! 🙌🏽

I booked90 mins，after40mins they change a massagist whitout told me when I book. the first 40mins is like waste money，I am very dispointted this time.

BEST massage of my life! Hoping to come back here in the new year had the deep tissue thai massage with Nino, took away my aches and pains and felt my right knee crack. Paid extra for 2 hours and the fact that she was a lovely therapist and we talked about life, place is lovely and tidy too :-)

I was inappropriately touched and the staff have denied it. I'm sorry to have to leave this, but this spa was picked especially because of its superb reviews. A one-hour massage experience was ruined when the masseuse asked me to roll onto my back at the mid-way point. Before she began massaging me again, through the towel she prodded my genitals several times and said, "Any massage here?" I subsequently complained about this, and there was not even as much as an apology for the bad experience; I was told at first: "I am not apologising as I have not spoken to the member of staff yet." Said member of staff then denied it (of course!) and the manager then implied that I had misconstrued the situation as part of my massage, which was not the case. Had this been a female customer and a male masseuse, the police would have been called. As it stands, I paid for a quality service and was left disappointed by unprofessionalism on any number of levels. As such, I cannot recommend this business whatsoever.

A-MA-ZING!!! Thank you so much for the most incredible massage. We had a not so good experience at another site in Walton so we were invited to have a free massage at Swan Spa. We were not disappointed. I think we had Nok and Apple and they were both brilliant. We have had Thai massages lots whilst over in Thailand and today was up there with the very best we’ve ever had. We both feel a million dollars and we both suffer with lower back pain and they’ve pretty much got rid of it. We feel fantastic!! We will be returning once a month from now on. The massage was relaxing. Will definetely comeback. I suggest that if the bed has a hole where you put your face while she's doing the back, shoulder and neck u will not feel awkward.
