I love subway, but this one i try to avoid because i don't understand what the servers are saying. I have to repeat myself at least three or four times and on a few occasions they have had to restart my order because they put something on my sub i didn't want. So not the best regarding customer service and communication.

First of all, place is not to clean... Tables need more attention same chairs... Floor is moped in

First of all, place is not to clean... Tables need more attention same chairs... Floor is moped in proper manner. Secondly when someone make an mistake charging you 9 pounds instead of 0.60 pence and after notice mistake, instead of refund to the card you get money.... Nope. Food was OK like always in subs so it's no exception but staff could be more carful and take more care what they are doing.
