The technical support here is second to none. Friendly and polite, my issue was dealt with in a timely fashion within their timeframe and at a cost agreed in advance. Would recommend and will be using again.

Very welcoming store. Was served by lovely young lady Ellie who also helped my friend previously was very smart and helped me with my MacBook computer as apple we not very helpful she explained everything very well so I could understand at my own pace. Unfortunately I don't live in the UK full time so I'm unable to take advantage of the yearly tuition Stormfront offer but would highly recommend these guys instead of apple. Excellent service!

Went in today as my charging port on my Iphone was working intermittentently and was greeted by a young lady who i told this to and went on to explain that it had happened before and had simply been cleaned professionally by Stormfront before which had resulted in it working properly again, the young lady went on to say it is because I use “cheap charging cables” to which I replied I do not and rather than helping me resolve the issue with my phone she proceeded to try and sell me an expensive cable which i do not need. Very disappointed as when been in previously always greeted by very polite staff who always LISTEN to the issue at hand rather than trying to sell accessories.

Needed advice about my iPhone. Visited the shop in York and Ollie greeted us in a very professional manner. I told him I was a dinosaur. He put me at easy and talked me through my problem and told me phone Was ok. Which was great news. Very friendly and an assist to your company. Thank you

The service I received in this store was amazing. The manager Jack couldn’t have been more helpful and taken more time with me giving me so much information. I return the next day to buy anI Pad Pro and spoke to another person who again was absolutely wonderful in both his knowledge and his attitude towards me. I couldn’t recommend this store highly enough in terms of quality of service and attitude of staff to customers.
