My car was in for repairs to bodywork after being hit by another driver. From start to finish it was all dealt with quickly and before Christmas which I did not expect. Work was done and it looked as good as new and they even gave it a full valet! Excellent communication and service. Would definitely use again.

Just Went to have a look and ended up purchasing a new car. Our salesman Gareth was not pushy at all and let us view at our own leisure. When enquiring about a certain vehicle, no question was too much. Really Friendly throughout the whole process. Nice to see. All staff very friendly. Will return in the future.

I arranged for my first service with Stoneacre and initially had some concerns about what was / wasn't included in the fixed price service. These were quickly resolved after a chat with the Service Manager. Kept informed of progress throughout the service by text updates. Car returned serviced, washed, on time at the agreed price.

Visited Stoneacre York today for a pair of tyres to be fitted to my daughters car. What a pleasant experience. Greeted on arrival by Shannon who was very friendly and professional. Estimated time was an hour and they were fitted within this time. Great work well done 👍

Great customer service from Andrew Lawson when came to choose new car. Experience excellent and friendly. Had to wait awhile for package to be put together which I didn't mind was worth it. This is the third time got car from Stoneacre. Would recommend to anyone to get new or used car and looking for a deal.
